Every day, people, circumstances, and life provide opportunity for us to be irritated, frustrated, and downright mad. And if we’re honest, it seems everyone testified to the convenience of being offended – but why do we? And why would we want to stay that way?
“Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you” (Ephesians 4:31-32)
I’m saddened that we live in a world that would rather nurse a grudge than nurture His grace. But what if we would give God’s way a try? What if we got really good at quickly and easily forgiving others so that, instead of notifying everyone that we’re mad, we lived glad – glad of heart, soul, and mind?
